Numero Uno – book a massage! Even if it is only for a few minutes, massage therapy and reflexology is proven to relax your body and promote stress relief. It also helps with circulating your blood and can even relieve those terrible PMS symptoms. Add in some essential oils and aromatherapy and you will feel like jelly afterwards.
Number 2- When I feel like I am in a rut, I look up cute new looks and try them out. Getting a new haircut or rocking a new hairstyle will help you get you out of your stressed mindset at least for a little while.
f you have a bit of a wild side like moi, dying your hair can relieve those inner stressors. Even if its just a highlight session in a normal color like honey blond, it could help distract you from the stressful events going on in your life
